Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Information
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Times
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
During holidays or peak seasons, delivery times may vary.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat-rate shipping is applied to all orders.
  • Orders over $49 qualify for free shipping.
    Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Limitations
At this time, we ship only within the country. International delivery is not yet available.

2. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items such as opened food bags, grooming liquids, supplements, or perishable goods cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@pawnest.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned items.

We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
